4 Weeks Rent Credit

- Subject to contract and satisfactory reference checks
- Rent credit will be applied to the tenancy as follows: Two weeks in month 1 and two weeks in month 12.
- Should a 12-month term not be fulfilled in its entirety then the final two-week rebate will not apply
- Rent credit cannot be used in lieu of a security deposit
